The Best Link in Bio for Real Estate Agents (2026)

Choose a real-estate bio page for listings, maps, contact links, and QR codes. Compare practical options and understand MLS, lead, and attribution limits.

A useful real-estate bio page helps a visitor find the property, understand where to go, and contact you. For someone scanning an open-house sign, those jobs matter more than how many widgets the tool offers.

ManyLinks is our product. This guide describes where it fits alongside other approaches using code and public product information checked on September 11, 2026. It is not an independent ranking or a measured comparison of lead conversion.

Start with the visitor's next step

Put the current property or viewing action first. Include a clear address, the actual open-house date and time, a contact destination, and a link to complete listing details. Use images you are authorized to publish.

A general agent hub can stay relevant across properties. A sign for one specific property may be better served by a dedicated listing page. Decide which promise the printed sign makes before generating its QR code.

ManyLinks provides a grid for links, images, text, and maps on Free. Add a listing URL as a link block; its available preview depends on the destination's metadata. This is not an IDX feed, MLS search, or an automatic property-status synchronization. Keep the title, price information you write, availability, and open-house text current yourself.

A map can give visitors context or directions. Use a supported Google Maps link and check the resolved address. New Google-style embeds cannot use the smallest 1×1 block size; choose a larger size, including on mobile, or use the Custom map style. See the map guide.

For contact, link to the booking or lead form you already use. ManyLinks does not provide a native real-estate CRM or replace that form's submission workflow. A contact click is not a confirmed lead.

The profile's sharing dialog displays a QR code, and individual link-block QR codes can be downloaded as PNGs. Verify which URL the code opens before printing: a profile QR leads to the hub, while a block QR can lead to that block's destination.

Free includes a 30-day analytics window with top-link counts and traffic sources. Detailed per-block reports and UTM campaign reports require Pro. A plain QR scan does not automatically identify the yard sign or flyer that produced it; it may appear as direct traffic. To distinguish print placements, use separately tagged destination URLs and a QR generator that encodes those URLs, then check the campaign reporting available in your analytics setup.

A custom domain and branding removal require Pro, listed at €10.82 monthly or €99.99 annually. Domain registration is separate. ManyLinks plans

Other approaches to compare

Linktree for a straightforward hub

Linktree offers a free QR code, essential analytics, and supported media embeds. It can work for an agent who wants a simple set of listing and contact destinations. The earlier claim that its QR code requires payment would be wrong. Linktree's QR feature, current plans

Linktree's help documentation says it does not offer a custom domain replacing the linktr.ee URL. That is a relevant limitation if a branded hostname is important to you. Custom-domain policy

A real-estate website for deeper property workflows

A specialist website can be more appropriate when you need listing search, property pages, and lead-management integrations. AgentFire, for example, describes listing pages, lead tools, and integrations on its current site. Verify MLS coverage, the CRM connection, setup charges, and the full recurring quote for your market. AgentFire

A larger site creates room for neighborhood and service content, but it does not guarantee Google rankings. Use it when the content and workflow justify the maintenance, then link to it from a compact hub if that helps social visitors.

Carrd for a custom one-page site

Carrd can provide a concise agent page with your own presentation. Pro Standard is listed at $19 per year and includes custom domains, embeds, forms, QR support, and analytics integrations. It is inaccurate to describe Carrd as unable to use maps or live third-party embeds. Carrd Pro features

You will configure the page and any integrations yourself. That can be a good trade if you want a simple brochure or landing page rather than specialized social blocks.

An existing listing or booking page

You may already have the right destination through your brokerage or listing service. If a sign promises details about one property, sending the visitor directly there can be clearer than adding a hub in between. Test whether it loads well on a phone and provides an obvious contact action.

Check before printing

Scan the actual printed proof on a phone, not just the QR image on your monitor. Confirm the property, date, contact action, and destination. If attribution matters, verify that your tagged test visit appears in the expected report before producing a batch of signs.

Keep a stable profile or domain address for reusable materials. Update the page when listings change, and preserve any old destinations that still appear on distributed print. A custom domain gives you control of an address; it does not make an outdated property description correct.

If a visual hub fits your workflow, build a free ManyLinks page with one current listing, a map, and a contact destination. Keep the brokerage site or CRM responsible for the property and lead workflows it already handles.
