Who are we?

ManyLinks is a brand of YUKARI LABS SRL, registered in the Central Database for Enterprises under VAT number BE1033402366, with registered address Cantersteen 47, 1000 Brussels (hereinafter referred to as "ManyLinks" or "Many Links").

ManyLinks is the data controller of your personal data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Create an account (email address, username, profile information)
• Use our services to create and customize your profile page
• Add links, images, and other content to your profile
• Contact us for support or other inquiries

We also automatically collect certain information when you or your visitors interact with the Platform, including:

• Device and browser information: device type, operating system, and browser — used to route Smart Link redirects to the appropriate native app or website
• Click events: when a visitor clicks a link on your profile, we record the click timestamp, whether a deep link was used, the referring platform, and the link that was clicked
• Approximate location: country, city, and region derived from your IP address by our hosting provider (Vercel). The IP address itself is never sent to our analytics services. Apart from error reports (see Sentry below) and the signup IP address described next, we only use it transiently, for rate limiting
• Signup IP address: when you create or claim an account, we store the IP address and approximate location of that session. We use it only to detect and block repeat spam registrations, and it is never shown on your public profile
• API and MCP usage: if you use our API or MCP server, we log usage per API key, including request counts, the last endpoint called, and timestamps. We use this to operate the service, enforce rate limits and fair use, and detect abuse

Analytics data is processed by PostHog (product analytics) and Tinybird (click analytics). These services receive the data described above but do not receive your IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Create and manage your account
• Display your public profile to visitors
• Route Smart Link redirects to the correct native app or website based on the visitor's device
• Generate click analytics and performance statistics for profile owners
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Diagnose and resolve bugs or issues you encounter, including through session replay and error tracking
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
• Rate-limit redirect requests to prevent abuse (using IP address transiently — not stored)
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities
• Check public profile pages for spam and for content that breaks our Terms of Service, using automated tools and human review (see section 6 of our Terms)
• Communicate with you about services, features, and opportunities that may be relevant to you, including those offered by YUKARI LABS SRL and its affiliates

Sharing of Information

Your public profile information (username, display name, bio, links, and content you add to your profile) is publicly accessible to anyone who visits your profile URL.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and include:

• PostHog: product analytics, session replay, and error tracking (usage patterns, feature engagement, and bug diagnosis)
• Tinybird: click analytics (aggregate link performance, click counts)
• Vercel: hosting and infrastructure
• Convex: database and backend services
• Clerk: sign-in and account management. Clerk receives your email address, your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, and details of your sign-in sessions (IP address, device, and browser).
• Cloudflare: storage and delivery of the images, videos, and files you upload, and of images we generate or cache for your page, such as link previews.
• Sentry: error monitoring. When something breaks in your browser or on our servers, Sentry receives a technical report of the error, including your IP address, browser, and the page you were on. Sentry stores this data in the EU.
• Mapbox: maps. When a profile includes a map, the visitor's browser loads it from Mapbox, which receives the visitor's IP address and browser details. When you search for a place to add a map, your search text is sent to Mapbox.
• TypeSafe: automated screening of public profile pages for spam and content that breaks our Terms. It receives only the public content of your page (username, display name, bio, block text, and the website each link points to), never your email address or IP address. TypeSafe does not use this data to train its models.
• Creem: payment processor and Merchant of Record for our paid plans. When you upgrade, Creem receives your email, name, billing address, payment details, and a reference to your ManyLinks account so it can charge you, issue invoices, calculate the correct sales tax, and detect fraud. As the Merchant of Record, Creem is the legal seller of the subscription. If you start a checkout and do not complete it, Creem may send you a follow-up “abandoned cart” email on our behalf; you can opt out via the unsubscribe link in any such email.

As part of YUKARI LABS SRL, we may share your information within our corporate family to provide integrated services, improve our offerings, and ensure a seamless experience across our products. This enables us to better understand user needs and deliver more relevant services and communications to you.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or if we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about your interactions with our Platform. These technologies help us provide a better user experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver personalized content.

Specific cookies we use include:

• Authentication cookies — to keep you signed in to your account
• PostHog analytics cookies — to understand how users interact with the Platform and improve our services
• Deep link intent cookie (dl_intent) — when you click a Smart Link and the destination app is not installed, this cookie temporarily stores your intended destination so you can resume after installing the app. It expires after 1 hour

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of our Platform.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your data, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
