Black Friday Link in Bio 2026: Schedule Deals to Start and Stop

Set up your link in bio for Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026: key dates, deal links that go live and expire on time, a mobile-first block order and UTM tags.

Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday, November 27, and Cyber Monday on Monday, November 30. For many shops and creators, the link in bio is where a viewer goes after seeing a deal on social media. If that page still shows last month's links, or shows a sale that ended yesterday, the post did its job and the page did not.

Plan the page, schedule deal links to appear and disappear on time, order blocks for phone screens, and tag traffic to see which channel worked.

Key dates for 2026

Date What happens
Wed, Nov 11 to Mon, Nov 30 TikTok Shop's Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign, per TikTok's newsroom as of October 2026
Thu, Nov 26 Thanksgiving (US)
Fri, Nov 27 Black Friday
Mon, Nov 30 Cyber Monday

TikTok's October 14 post also says TikTok Shop sales passed $500 million during the four-day Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend in 2025, and that US LIVE Shopping sales more than doubled year over year in the first half of 2026 (TikTok newsroom, as of October 2026). These are TikTok's own figures for its platform, not a forecast for your page.

Why phones decide the setup

Adobe's 2026 holiday forecast for US online spending from November 1 to December 31, 2026 puts mobile at 57.4% of holiday spending and a record 63% on Thanksgiving. Adobe expects Cyber Monday to be the largest day at $15.1 billion, with Black Friday at $12.9 billion. These are forecasts as of October 2026, not results.

Most people who tap your bio link will be on a phone, often inside a social app's browser. Design and test for that screen first.

Plan the page before you edit it

Write a short list before touching the editor:

  1. Each offer and its window. "20% off sitewide, Nov 27 to Nov 30" or "Free shipping, Cyber Monday only".
  2. One destination per offer. Link to the collection or product page where the deal applies, not your homepage. A visitor who has to search for the deal may give up.
  3. What stays all season. Gift guides, shipping cutoffs, store hours and contact details can run from November through December.
  4. What comes down after Monday. Anything with a price or a code should have an end time.

Keep checkout where it already works. ManyLinks does not take payments, so every deal block should open your store, marketplace listing or booking page.

Manual swaps at midnight can leave expired codes up for a week. Scheduling removes that step.

On ManyLinks Pro, open a link block, go to the Access tab and set:

  • Goes live: the date and time the link becomes clickable.
  • Expiration: the date and time it stops working.

You can set one or both. The expiry must be later than the go-live time, and both must be in the future. Keep these details in mind:

  • Before go-live, the block is not hidden. Visitors see a Coming soon card with the go-live date and time. The title, destination URL and preview image stay hidden until then, and tapping the card does nothing. That makes it a teaser: "Black Friday drop" can sit on the page all week without leaking the link.
  • After expiry, visitors see "No longer available". The destination is withheld again. Delete or replace the block after the sale so the card does not linger.
  • Short links follow the same rule. A block's short link returns "not found" outside its live window, so a link shared early cannot reach the sale page.
  • Pick dates at least a day ahead. The date picker starts at tomorrow. Set up Friday's links by Thursday at the latest.
  • Times use your device's clock. If you schedule from a laptop set to another time zone, double-check the time shown in the Access tab.
  • Link blocks only. Images, text and other block types cannot be scheduled. Put the deal on a link block, and give it an image or social card presentation if you want it to stand out.

Setting a go-live or expiry time requires Pro. Removing an existing time does not, so a downgraded account can still clear a schedule. See current plans on the upgrade page.

A sample BFCM schedule

Block Goes live Expires
Early access for followers Nov 20, 9:00 Nov 27, 0:00
Black Friday sitewide deal Nov 27, 0:00 Nov 29, 23:59
Small-shop weekend bundle Nov 28, 8:00 Nov 29, 23:59
Cyber Monday free shipping Nov 30, 0:00 Dec 1, 0:00
Holiday gift guide none Dec 24, 23:59
Shipping cutoff notice none none

Adjust the times to your store's time zone and to the dates your store's checkout actually honours the codes. The link page should never promise a discount your checkout does not apply.

If you use another tool

ManyLinks is not the only tool with scheduling. As of October 2026, Linktree's help center says its Starter, Pro and Premium plans can schedule when a link appears and when it is hidden, with a time zone choice (Linktree help). Test what visitors see before and after the window, whatever tool you use. If you are comparing tools, our link-in-bio alternatives page covers the main options.

Order blocks for a thumb, not a desktop

Use the mobile layout

ManyLinks keeps two layouts: a four-column desktop grid and a two-column mobile grid. Each block can also have a different size on mobile. Use the desktop and mobile preview switch in the editor and arrange the mobile layout on its own. A grid that looks balanced on a laptop can push your main offer below the fold on a phone.

Ordering rules for the sale week

  • Put the live deal first. The top of the mobile grid is what a visitor sees without scrolling, so put the deal that's live right now there.
  • Remember that blocks do not move on their own. A scheduled block stays in the slot you gave it, and an expired block stays there too as a No longer available card. Plan a short edit after each switchover: delete the expired card and drag the newly live deal to the top.
  • Make the main offer the largest block. Link blocks can be wide, tall or square, so the main deal can take more space than a half-height row.
  • Keep evergreen links lower. Shipping info, returns and contact details still matter, but they are not why people tapped this week.
  • Keep the deal list short. Fewer offers are easier to scan on a small screen.
  • Check the Coming soon cards. A row of teasers above the live deal pushes the deal down. Move teasers below it.

Tag traffic by channel

If you promote the same page on TikTok, Instagram, email and a printed flyer, add UTM tags to the ManyLinks URL you share in each place, for example ?utm_source=tiktok&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=bfcm2026. ManyLinks records source, medium and campaign for visits that arrive with those tags. UTM campaign reports are a Pro feature, and a visit only shows up there when utm_campaign is not empty. Our UTM guide walks through naming.

TikTok Shop sales happen inside TikTok, so your bio link sends people to everything else: your own store, other marketplaces, a booking page or a waitlist. Keep the two consistent: if a product is on sale in TikTok Shop, the same price should not be missing from your own store.

Day-of checklist

  • Open your page signed out, on a phone, through the app you post on. Signed in, your page opens with editing controls and your own visits are not counted, so a signed-out check is the closest match to what customers see.
  • Tap every live deal and confirm it reaches the right product with the discount applied.
  • Check that each Coming soon card shows the time you expect.
  • After each expiry, delete the expired card and move the next live deal to the top.
  • On December 1, remove expired cards and review campaign numbers in your analytics.

Summary

Set each deal's go-live and expiry, put the live offer first in the mobile layout, and tag the links you share on each channel. Check the page signed out on a phone, then update it after each switchover. The schedule handles the timing, while a quick check keeps the page current.
