1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ManyLinks, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of ManyLinks after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ManyLinks is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized profile pages containing links, images, and other content. Users can share their ManyLinks profile URL to consolidate their online presence in one place.

The Platform includes the following features:

• Smart Links: short URLs (via /go/paths) that can detect the visitor's device and redirect to the appropriate native app or website
• QR Codes: downloadable QR codes for sharing your links offline or across platforms
• Analytics: click statistics and performance data so you can understand how your audience interacts with your links

ManyLinks is operated by YUKARI LABS SRL, which develops and operates a suite of digital products and services. As a ManyLinks user, you may receive information about other services and features that could enhance your experience or provide additional value.

3. Account Registration

To use ManyLinks, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Username Policy

When selecting a username, you agree not to choose a username that infringes on the rights of others, impersonates any person or entity, or is otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of legitimate trademark owners or for any other reason.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ManyLinks ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
• Your content is family-friendly and does not include sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult-oriented (18+) material
• Your links do not direct users to unauthorized or illegally distributed copyrighted material, including but not limited to pirated movies, music, software, books, or streams — linking to legitimate platforms and services is permitted

Short link slugs (the identifiers used in /go/ URLs) are system-generated and are not User Content. ManyLinks reserves the right to reassign or modify slugs at any time. QR codes generated by the Platform are derived from your links and are provided for your convenience.

By using ManyLinks, you acknowledge that YUKARI LABS SRL may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your use of the Platform to improve our services and develop new products and features across our portfolio of offerings.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ManyLinks to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination
• Post, share, or link to sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic, or any adult-oriented (18+) content that is not family-friendly
• Link to or promote unauthorized or illegally distributed copyrighted material, such as pirated movies, music, software, books, or streams — this does not prevent you from linking to legitimate third-party platforms and services
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use Smart Links or short URLs to disguise the true destination of a link or to redirect to prohibited content
• Abuse the redirect system — automated or excessive requests are rate-limited
• Collect user information without consent
• Use automated means to access the Platform without our permission

7. Programmatic Access: API and MCP

ManyLinks offers an HTTP API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that let you, and the tools or AI agents you authorize, build and manage your profile programmatically. Page-building access (your profile, blocks, and layout) is available on all plans. Analytics access and webhook access require a paid plan.

API keys. Programmatic access is authenticated with API keys you generate in your account settings. Treat your keys like passwords. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for all activity performed with them, including actions taken by any third-party application or AI agent you connect. If a key is lost, shared, or compromised, revoke it from your settings without delay.

Agents acting on your behalf. When you connect a third-party application or AI agent, including through the MCP server, you authorize it to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant that key. We are not responsible for third-party tools or for what they do with the access you give them. If you no longer trust a tool, revoke its key.

Fair use and rate limits. API and MCP requests are subject to rate limits and fair-use limits. Automated or excessive use may be throttled. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer API or MCP access to any third party.

Usage logging. To operate the API, enforce these limits, and detect abuse, we log programmatic usage per key, including request counts, the last endpoint called, and timestamps. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Revocation. We may revoke or suspend any API key at any time, with or without notice. Revocation takes effect on the next request, after which the key no longer authenticates. We may revoke a key for reasons including, but not limited to:

1. Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including when committed through the API or MCP server
2. Abnormal or excessive request volume, including usage far above typical levels or exceeding applicable rate limits or fair use
3. Scraping or bulk-extraction patterns, such as a high create-and-delete churn rate, harvesting third-party or social data at scale, or repeatedly exhausting enrichment limits
4. Webhook abuse, such as rapidly churning endpoints or endpoints stuck in repeated delivery failure
5. Suspected compromise, leak, or unauthorized sharing of a key
6. Resale, sublicensing, or transfer of API or MCP access to a third party
7. Use that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform or other users
8. Where required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request

Revoking a key does not affect the content you created with it, and you may generate a new key at any time, subject to these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

ManyLinks and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YUKARI LABS SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

ManyLinks allows you to add links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement by ManyLinks.

10. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

ManyLinks offers paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Payment is processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is the legal seller of the subscription. By upgrading, you also agree to Creem's terms of service and privacy policy.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle (your choice at checkout). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle for the same period and at the then-current price, unless you cancel before renewal. Prices include applicable VAT and sales taxes where required by law.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Pro access until that date and will not be charged again.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital services contract. By starting to use Pro features immediately upon upgrade, you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Other refunds are handled by Creem in accordance with its refund policy and applicable law.

Downgrade. When a paid subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Pro-only features stop working, but content you created with them is retained and re-enabled if you upgrade again.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change applies to renewals only, and we will notify you in advance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ManyLinks immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your User Content.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ManyLinks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUKARI LABS SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YUKARI LABS SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
