Tap Bio closes Oct 31, 2026

The Tap Bio alternativethat keeps your cards.

Tap Bio is winding down. The option it points to, Link in Profile, is a feed of your Instagram posts. ManyLinks imports your public Tap Bio cards (profile, links, text, YouTube, image galleries) onto a free bento grid.

Tap Bio is winding down and says service continues until October 31, 2026. The replacement it points to, Link in Profile, is a landing page of your Instagram posts at $9.99/month or $99/year, with 50% off the first year for Tap Bio customers. ManyLinks keeps a card-style page instead, and its importer copies your public Tap Bio cards over.

Where the others win

Where Tap Bio and Link in Profile are genuinely better.

  • Link in Profile is built for the Instagram Links card

If you mainly used Tap Bio's Instagram Links card, Link in Profile is the closer fit, and Tap Bio's own FAQ says so. You paste a URL into a post caption and that post appears on your landing page with its link, in a list or grid. ManyLinks has no posts-with-links grid, and the importer can't bring those per-post links over because Tap Bio's Instagram feed no longer loads for most accounts.

  • A first-year discount for Tap Bio customers

Tap Bio's FAQ says customers who switch to Link in Profile get 50% off the first year: $4.99/month instead of $9.99, or $49.50 instead of $99 for a year. Its pricing page also lists a 30-day free trial. If that is the page you want, it is a fair deal.

  • A native email signup card

Tap Bio's Mailing list card collected Mailchimp signups right on the page. ManyLinks has no built-in email form: the importer turns that card into a link to your Mailchimp signup page, and your subscribers stay in Mailchimp.

Features

What comes over from Tap Bio.And what to redo by hand.

Your Profile card

Name, title and bio, avatar and website. Tick "Import profile info" and they fill your ManyLinks header.

Social buttons become live blocks

Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify and more turn into social blocks with live data such as follower counts, refreshed every 7 days on Free and every 24 hours on Pro.

Links and Simple cards

Each Links card becomes a heading, its text and one link block per button. Simple cards become a text block plus their buttons.

YouTube and X cards

Your YouTube card becomes a YouTube channel block that shows recent videos. A Twitter card becomes an X profile block.

Image galleries, links included

Every gallery photo becomes its own image block, with its caption and the link it pointed to.

Laid out for you, then yours to move

Blocks are placed in your Tap Bio order: social icons small at the top, links wide, YouTube large. Drag and resize anything afterwards.

Not imported: email, phone and SMS buttons

Link blocks only accept web links, so mailto, tel and sms buttons are skipped. The import tells you how many, so you can add them back another way.

Not imported: analytics and pixels

Tap Bio click history, card colors and backgrounds stay behind. Facebook pixel and Google Analytics IDs need adding again; tracking pixels are a ManyLinks Pro feature.

Migration

Move your Tap Bio pagebefore October 31.

The importer reads your public tap.bio page, so it only works while Tap Bio is still online.

1

Claim your ManyLinks username

Sign up free and pick a username. Your new link is manylinks.io/yourname, or your own domain on Pro.

2

Import from Tap Bio

Right after you sign up, a Bring your page with you window opens with Tap Bio selected: enter the username from your tap.bio link. Already have an account? Open Import data in the editor instead. No Tap Bio password needed. Once an import succeeds the option is hidden, so run it when your Tap Bio page is final.

3

Tidy up and fill the gaps

Rearrange and resize your blocks, then re-add what didn't come over: email or phone buttons, Instagram post links and tracking pixels.

4

Replace your tap.bio link everywhere

Swap tap.bio/@yourname for your new link in your Instagram bio, other social profiles, email signatures and printed QR codes.

Trust & safety

A safe place for your brand. We actually moderate.

A link-in-bio page is only as trustworthy as the platform it lives on. We keep ours clean on purpose.

We review and remove bad pages

Scams, phishing, pirated-movie redirects, casino spam. If a page breaks our terms, we take it down. Your brand never ends up listed next to one.

Not an open door for spam

Most link-in-bio tools let anyone publish anything with no review, so they quietly fill up with fraud that inflates their user count. We would rather have fewer pages that are all real.

A clean place to send your audience

When someone taps your link, they land on your page on manylinks.io, not in a neighborhood of scam pages. Brand safety is the product, not an afterthought.
