Tap Bio Alternatives: 7 Places to Move Before October 31
Tap Bio closes October 31, 2026. Compare seven Tap Bio alternatives on price, layout, custom domains and import, with a clear pick for each kind of page.
The best Tap Bio alternative depends on what your Tap Bio page did. If you mostly used the Instagram Links card, Link in Profile is the closest match. It’s the product Tap Bio recommends, and it comes with 50% off the first year. ManyLinks can import your public Tap Bio page, including Links, YouTube, gallery and Profile cards, so you don’t have to retype them. Milkshake suits people who liked swiping between cards, Beacons suits people who sell, and Linktree, Taplink and Lnk.Bio cover a general list of links. Details and prices below are as of October 19, 2026.
Use this post to pick a tool. For the move itself, see how to move your Tap Bio page, how to save your page first and the checklist for replacing your old link.
What Tap Bio has said
Tap Bio's announcement card reads: "We're winding down Tap Bio. Your service continues until Oct 31, 2026. No action needed now." The same card offers 50% off Link in Profile with the codes TB50M and TB50Y.
As of October 19, 2026, its official FAQ documents no export and doesn't say whether tap.bio links will redirect.
Taplink's blog says pages are deleted on October 31 and attributes that to Tap Bio support. Tap Bio's public announcement and FAQ don't say this. Either way, have your new page live and old link replaced before October 31.

The options, one by one
Link in Profile: for Instagram Links card users
Link in Profile is Tap Bio's in-house successor. Its homepage footer reads "Copyright © 2026 Tap Bio, Inc." Tap Bio's FAQ says it "is very similar to the Tap Bio Instagram Links Card" and that "There are no 'cards' or different page types on Link in Profile as there are Tap Bio." Your page shows the Instagram posts you've attached links to, as a list or grid. Add links in post captions or in the dashboard.
Price: the pricing page shows "$9.99 a month" and says "All Plans Include a 30-day, no-risk, free trial". Tap Bio's FAQ adds a $99 annual plan. Tap Bio customers pay $4.99 a month or $49.50 for the first year.
Who it's for: anyone whose Tap Bio page was mostly the Instagram Links card. The discount comes from Tap Bio's own announcement. Pages built from Links, gallery, YouTube or Mailchimp cards have no direct equivalent there.
ManyLinks: for card pages you want to keep
ManyLinks is a bento-style page: blocks of different sizes on a grid you can rearrange. It's the only tool here we found with a self-serve Tap Bio importer, in the "Import data" dialog. The importer reads your public tap.bio page without a Tap Bio password and turns your cards into blocks.
Price: the free plan includes unlimited links and blocks, every block type, 30 days of analytics, with ManyLinks branding shown. Pro is €10.82 a month or €99.99 a year and adds a custom domain, unlimited analytics history and hidden branding. See Free vs Pro.
Who it's for: people who used several Tap Bio card types and want to start from their existing content. It has no Instagram posts-with-links feed, built-in email signup form or checkout.
Linktree: for a short list of links
Price (pricing page, USD): Free is "Free with restrictions" with "Unlimited basic links". Starter is $6 a month billed annually ($8 monthly). Pro is $12 billed annually ($15 monthly) and lists "Remove Linktree branding" and "Mailing list integrations". Premium is $30 billed annually ($35 monthly).
Who it's for: people with a short list of links. Its help center says "Linktree doesn't support custom domains" (help article). See our Linktree Free vs Pro breakdown.
Taplink: for email, phone and SMS buttons
Price (pricing page, USD, 12-month billing): Basic is "$0/ forever". Pro is $48 a year ($4 a month), shown struck through from $96. Business is $96 a year, struck through from $192. We couldn't confirm how long these prices last.
Who it's for: Tap Bio users whose page relied on contact buttons. Taplink's plan table lists "Send email button", "Send SMS button" and "Click-to-call button" on all three plans, including Basic. Business adds payments, lead forms, a custom domain and removes Taplink branding. Its Tap Bio alternative post pitches AI page generation and templates rather than an import.
Lnk.Bio: the cheapest paid tiers
Price (homepage pricing, "All prices are in USD"): Free includes unlimited links. Mini is $0.99 a month on the plan card (the same page's FAQ describes Mini as a $9.99 one-time payment, so check the price at checkout) and lists "Mirror IG Grid", "Instagram & TikTok Sync" and "Schedule Lnks". Unique is $24.99 "one time - no subscription" and removes the Lnk.Bio logo. Ultra is $89.99 a year and adds "Connect existing domain"; a custom domain is also a $39.99 yearly add-on.
Who it's for: budget-minded users and Instagram-first users who want a post grid for less than Link in Profile costs. We haven't tested how "Mirror IG Grid" behaves.
Beacons: if you sell
Price (pricing page, USD): Free is "Free forever" and includes a link in bio, a media kit, digital product sales with "9% seller fees" and 50 email sends a month. Creator is $10 a month, or $8.33 billed annually, and adds a "Free custom domain". Creator Plus is $30 a month ($25 billed annually) with 0% seller fees.
Who it's for: creators who sell digital products, run brand deals or email their audience. For store-first tools, Stan is another option; see our Stan Store comparison.
Milkshake: if you liked swiping cards
Milkshake's homepage describes its sites as swipeable Cards, built in an iPhone or Android app. That's the closest match to Tap Bio's card deck.
Price (pricing page, "Prices shown in USD. Actual prices may vary by country and platform"): Free, then Lite at US$2.99 a month to remove branding, Pro at US$59.99 a year, and Pro+ at US$99.99 a year with "Connect your custom domain".
What to know: its switch page builds a site from a pasted link and "Works with Linktree, Beacons, Stan, Komi, hoo.be, Taplink, Shopify and most websites." Tap Bio isn't listed, and we haven't tested a tap.bio link.
Which one fits your Tap Bio page
| If your Tap Bio page was mostly... | Start with |
|---|---|
| The Instagram Links card | Link in Profile, or Lnk.Bio's IG grid on a budget |
| Links, Simple, YouTube and gallery cards | ManyLinks, to import them |
| Swiping between cards on a phone | Milkshake |
| Email, call or text buttons | Taplink |
| Selling, brand deals or an email list | Beacons |
| A handful of links | Linktree, Lnk.Bio or any free plan, rebuilt by hand |
If you want your own domain, so a shutdown can't break your link again, rule out Linktree and check which plan each other tool requires (see our custom domain guide). If you'd rather not retype, ManyLinks is the only tool we found that imports Tap Bio content today.
What the ManyLinks Tap Bio import brings over
We checked this against the importer's code. It reads only the cards published on your public page. With "Import profile info" ticked, your name, title, bio and avatar fill your header.
Comes over: Profile card buttons and your website (as social and link blocks at the top), Links cards (a heading, their text and a link block per button), Simple cards, YouTube cards (as a YouTube channel block), Twitter cards (as an X profile block), gallery photos (each an image block with its caption and link), and Mailing list and Event cards (as links, the first to your Mailchimp signup page).
Doesn't come over:
- Email, phone and text-message buttons. Link blocks only accept web links, so these are skipped, and the import tells you how many.
- Instagram Links card posts. That card depends on Tap Bio's Instagram feed, which now fails for most accounts.
- Card colors and backgrounds, Tap Bio analytics, and Facebook pixel or Google Analytics IDs.
- Your Mailchimp subscribers, which stay in Mailchimp.
Limits: up to 120 blocks, three import attempts per day, and the page must be turned on in Tap Bio. The option disappears after your first successful import, so run it once your Tap Bio page is final. The importer reads tap.bio live, so it only works while your page still loads. Run it before October 31. The Tap Bio alternative page compares ManyLinks and Link in Profile head to head.
Where ManyLinks is not the right fit
- Your page was the Instagram Links card. Link in Profile does that job, and the importer can't bring those post links over.
- You need a signup form on the page. ManyLinks links out to your Mailchimp form. Milkshake Pro lists a "Mailing list (Sheets + Mailchimp)", Taplink Business lists lead forms, and Beacons lists email collection.
- You sell. ManyLinks has no checkout. Beacons sells digital products from its free plan, and Taplink Business lists "Accept payments".
- You relied on call or text buttons, or want swipeable cards. Taplink lists call and text buttons on all three plans, and Milkshake is built around swipeable cards.
Before October 31, whatever you choose
- Save a copy of your page. Tap Bio documents no export. Our guide covers links, images, Mailchimp and pixel IDs.
- Replace the old link everywhere, from bios to printed QR codes, using the checklist.
If ManyLinks fits, start free, run the Tap Bio import from "Import data", and compare Free and Pro before paying for anything. For the wider field, see our link-in-bio alternatives comparison.
